Zhytomyr Trolleybus II – Feasibility Study

The Project “Ukraine: Zhytomyr Trolleybus II” was implemented to modernise the public transport fleet of the Communal Enterprise “Zhytomyrske Tramvaino-Troleybusne Upravlinnya”, a municipal company in Zhytomyr. The main objective of the assignment was to provide the EBRD with the information, analysis and recommendations it needs to comprehensively assess, structure and approve the project.
