Phase 1: Dornier supports the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in its role as a Transaction Advisor to the government of Uzbekistan in the preparation, structuring and procuring of a 457 MW solar Independent Power Producer (IPP) project around the cities of Sherabad, Muzrabad and Angor in Surkhandarya region. Dornier acts as the Technical Advisor to ADB covering all technical aspects relevant to update the existing Feasibility Study, conduct a site qualification and support ADB during the tendering process.

Phase 2: Dornier supports the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in its role as a Transaction Advisor to the government of Uzbekistan in the preparation, structuring and procuring of a second 300 MW solar Independent Power Producer (IPP) project with 75 MWh BESS in Guzar district of Kashkadarya region. Dornier acts as the Technical Advisor to ADB covering all technical aspects relevant to update the existing Feasibility Study, conduct a site qualification and support ADB during the tendering process.

Phase 3&4: Dornier supports the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in its role as a Transaction Advisor to the government of Uzbekistan in the preparation, structuring and procuring of a 250-300 MW solar Independent Power Producer (IPP) project with 20MWh (phase 3) and 50MWh (phase 4) potential storage components. Dornier acts as the Technical Advisor to ADB covering all technical aspects relevant to update the existing Feasibility Study, conduct a site qualification and support ADB during the tendering process.
