The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development intended to support improvements to the public transport system in the Khatlon region, Republic of Tajikistan. In line with the EBRD Strategy for the Promotion of Gender Equality, the EBRD supports the SCUE “Bokhtarnaklietkhizmatrason” (the Company) to establish its Human Resources (HR) policies and practices to provide gender balance in the workforce, especially amongst driving and technical positions.
