Dornier assisted the Communal Enterprise “Electroavtotrans”, the municipal public transport operator, to enhance the institutional capacity and raise corporate governance standards by supporting operational and financial improvements of public transport operations in the context of sustainable urban development, enhancing public awareness of public transport management, introducing Public Service Contract between the pubic transport operator and the municipality, and by incorporating long-term business-planning practice and routines into the company’s operations.
