Development of an investment strategy for Manas Airport

The aim of the project is to analyse traffic and air freight forecasts, assess the airport’s current capacity, and develop a long-term investment strategy and a programme of priority investments based on site surveys and traffic forecasts.

The project began in November 2018 with a kick-off meeting in Bishkek. The scope of services includes historical traffic characteristics and analyses, traffic forecasts, analyses of the existing airport infrastructure, including terminal, airside and landside capacity, and the creation of a programme of priority investments based on the consultant’s recommendations.
