Cherkasy Trolleybus – Feasibility Study

The Cherkasy Trolleybus Feasibility Study Project is a strategic initiative designed to modernise the city’s public transport system with support from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The project aims to enhance trolleybus services by procuring new vehicles and upgrading the catenary network.

Additionally, it will facilitate the implementation of a Public Service Contract to improve service quality, financial transparency, and operational efficiency. A core objective of the project is to ensure sustainability and resilience in urban mobility.
