Development of an investment strategy for Manas Airport

As part of the project, passenger and air freight forecasts were analyzed, the existing airport capacity was comprehensively assessed, and a long-term investment strategy, including a prioritized investment program, was developed. The objective was to create a solid strategic basis for the airport’s future development, founded on detailed site analyses and reliable traffic forecasts.

Dornier was responsible for analyzing and evaluating historical traffic developments, preparing traffic forecasts, and assessing the existing airport infrastructure with regard to terminal, airside, and landside capacities. Based on these analyses, we developed concrete recommendations and a prioritized investment program.
