Technical advances (artificial intelligence, digitalisation, the Internet of Things, biometrics) offer immense opportunities and tools for a seamless passenger experience. We are developing new mobility strategies with regard to the airport’s landside transport connections, the use of autonomous driving for airside transport and for processes in the terminal. This also includes the use of autonomous shuttles and the integration of air taxi services.
