TSPG-E001: Tasiast Solar Generation Project – Owner’s Engineering services for the PV-BESS project in Mauritania.

The project consists of three main components:

• A solar PV plant with a capacity around 42.5MWp with the purpose to generate renewable energy to reduce heavy fuel oil consumption at the Tasiast mine
• A battery system with a capacity around 18MW and 9MWh with the purpose to smoothen the solar power output and stabilize the Tasiast power system
• An Energy Management and SCADA system allowing for a seamless integration
