Dornier is the Technical Advisor for Masen’s NOOR Midelt Solar Complex in Morocco one of the larg-est solar power plants currently under development. The Midelt 2 project is in RfQ process and will allow PV-Battery to compete with PV-CSP Hybrid as awarded in Midelt.
The scope also includes a broad range of technical advisory services from a detailed feasibility assessment and the technical contribution to the tendering process until financial closure through a two-stage IPP tender process. The latter comprises of developing technical specifications for bidders, providing inputs to the RfP, PPA and Performance Testing Annexes, the technical bid evaluation, support and participation in bidding conferences at all stages of the selection process until financial closure.
