Tbilisi Metro Project: Capacity Building and Stakeholder Participation Programme

The Project was part of a broader programme aiming to assist Tbilisi City in reforming its management of ‎public transport by financing the renewal of bus and metro systems, and network restructuring.‎

Dornier supported the Tbilisi Metro Company in strengthening the efficiency of its management and operations by providing institution-building assistance in the form of “Capacity Building and a ‎Stakeholder Participation Programme”‎.
