Pavlodar Tram Project – Corporate Development Programme

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) provided support to the Pavlodar Tram Management Company to improve public transport services in the city of Pavlodar. The project aimed to significantly improve the quality of public transport in the city through the rehabilitation of the existing tram infrastructure and the acquisition of new trams, the introduction of an integrated ticketing system and improved financial and operational management of the company.

Dornier supported the company in developing the Corporate Development Programme to increase its institutional capacity, reform its fleet management, including service planning, rolling stock repairs and maintenance, to switch the company’s focus towards client-oriented service provision and to create an effective, sustainable company.
