Organisational audit and process analysis for Berlin-Brandenburg Airport

With nearly 28 million passengers in 2014, Berlin was the third-largest airport location in Germany. To meet this capacity demand, the new Berlin Brandenburg “Willy Brandt” Airport was constructed, concentrating all air traffic in the German capital region in the southeast of Berlin.
