Bakuriani Municipal Services Project – Corporate Development Programme

The Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia is cooperating with the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development to improve the quality of municipal services and safety measures in Bakuriani by the procurement of modern buses for passenger transportation, as well as equipment for solid waste management and specialised municipal works.

Dornier is supporting the preparation and implementation of the Corporate Development Programme for the Bakuriani Development Agency to develop existing and set up new municipal services in the city, to increase the capacity and financial revenues of the company, to build the institutional capacity and corporate governance and to establish efficient operational structures.
