The Client has decided to develop a 17.38 MWp Solar PV Plant in Sephu, Bhutan under the project of implementing Renewable Energy for Climate Resilience. The project consists of the detailed design, construction, testing and commissioning of the 17.38 MWp Solar PV Plant, inclusive of internal electrical interconnections and connection to the grid. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) will finance the construction of the Plant. This will be the first step to diversify the generation portfolio of Bhutan’s hydropower dominated energy sector.
