Installation of activated carbon dosing systems at the Lippendorf power station

In order to adapt the power plant units at the Lippendorf power plant to the increased requirements for compliance with Hg emission limits, activated carbon injection systems were installed in both units R and S in the flue gas stream upstream of the electrostatic precipitators to reduce the mercury content in the flue gas.

Dornier Power and Heat provided all planning services for the installation of the activated carbon dosing systems up to handover to the operator.
