Planning services, engineering and construction management for the construction of a ground-mounted photovoltaic system (PV-FFA)

Construction of a grid-connected PV system with switchgear and connection to the electricity grid (30 kV or 100 kV), including changes to the urban development plan, complete project planning, tender support and construction supervision.

Services provided by Dornier (including partners):

1. Engineering/planning (HOAI LPh 1–8)

• Basic evaluation, preliminary planning, design and approval planning
• Design of the PV system (manufacturer-neutral, without tracking systems)
• Planning of the switchgear and cable route (up to the grid connection point, ~2.5 km)
• Execution planning, functional tender documents (lot allocation)
• Assistance with the award process, including bidder discussions, evaluation matrix, award proposal
• Construction supervision (selective, supported by remote video transmission and Suntrace Hamburg)

2. Urban land-use planning (by IPROconsult GmbH)

• Amendment of development plan 8.4 and partial amendment of the land use plan
  Procedural support in accordance with HOAI (LPh 1–3)

3. Project management

• Setting up the project organisation, scheduling (MS Project), cost control
• Risk management, claim management, quality assurance
  Documentation via own DMS (DokuDbV6)
