The Reuter cogeneration plant is a cogeneration plant in the Siemensstadt district of Berlin, which was commissioned in 1931 under the name Kraftwerk West.
The replacement Reuter C cogeneration plant is intended to replace the three blocks of the Reuter C power plant currently fired with hard coal, with a thermal output of 160 MW. To this end, a gas-fired boiler capacity of 3x 40 MW will be installed as part of the project.
Dornier is planning and supplying the route and pipe systems as well as the transformers and circulation pumps for the hot water system to be constructed. It will also supply the control technology and other equipment for the peripheral systems. Commissioning and hydraulic balancing will be carried out by Dornier Construction and Service.
