SGS wanted to find out how it could use its entrepreneurial skills, expertise and experience to develop a specific range of services in the airport retail sector. The aim of the project was to develop a strategy for SGS to realise such a business area. A comprehensive market study was carried out. Dornier conducted a feasibility study, assessed opportunities and potential returns, and proposed a market entry strategy.
