Technical due diligence (TDD) is a detailed technical inspection of a property prior to purchase/sale and thus helps to identify economic risks. The aim is to provide the customer with a report on the necessary maintenance and repairs required for the property and to make predictions. The investor or buyer can then make an informed investment decision.
