The Plant Design Department develops the construction site, building and component layout for industrial plants based on the technical designs and input from the process engineering, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering departments. This includes coordinating the interface between plant engineering and construction engineering. In pipeline planning, planning documents are also prepared down to the level of workshop planning. The department develops the relevant concepts for the dismantling of industrial plants and supervises the dismantling process.
