Dornier has been contracted by the Asian Development Bank to provide technical assistance for structuring and tendering phases of Government of the Maldives’ PPP Projects under an IPP scheme. The main objectives of the transaction advisor assignment are to assist ADB in all technical aspects related to Floating PV (FPV), assist in the preparation of a feasibility study and finalize the technical specifications of the projects.
